¡A TRE METRI SOPRA IL CIELO!

I finished the book A tres metros sobre el cielo, of the italian Fede rico Moc cia. It's a book that Leonor left me, because she had liked it very much, and said to me that me should read it. From the first moment in which I started reading I liked much and I could not stop reading it. It is a love history for two totally different protagonists, Babi, a perfect student, and Step, a violent boy and with problems. This history happens in Rome, in the citie of love. It is a book easy to read, since, the writer, does the short chapters.

Babi and Step begin his love histoty badly, but they end is a incredible love history, i love it.

A tre metri sopra il cielo it's the Federico Moccia's first work. Published by the first time in 1992 in a minimal edition paid for the proper author and that became exhausted immediately, it was photocopied again and again, until it was re-edited in 2004 and turned into a best-seller. More than one million copies have been sold in Italy.

The second part of this book calls, Ho Voglia di te (Tengo ganas de ti), and then, another book to part is Scusa si te chiamo amore (Perdona si te llamo amor).

ITALY

Last day 25th March (mi birthday) we started our last travel en the school :(

We went to Italy and we visited cities: Roma, Florenzia, Venezia and Pisa.

We spent there, in Italy, five days and we trave by bus to Barcelona. At night, we geton the ship.

THE CITIES:

. Te first day we visited Roma, it's a veeery big city, and there're lost of monuments: The coliseum, la fontana di trevi (very nice and romantic)... That night, this day, we went to sleep and loading in Venezia.

. The second day we were in Venezia (I love it, it's the best city of Italy), it's different, really. We got on a tipic boat (Gondola), it cost 10€ us, bot it was worth it. And we saw lots of shops.

. Te following days we spent two days in Florencia, and evernigths we went to a few discoteques and we enjoyed together (L).

. The last day we were in Pisa, seeing the tower and spending the day there. In the evening we went away to the port where we took a ship to return to Valencia.

The cities that we visited are very popular of in Italy.

WILLIAM OCKHAM

who is William Ockham?

William Ockham was a Franciscan friar and an English scholastic medieval philosopher. He was born in England and he stood out for something well known today. He was the first author of parsimony or "Navaja of Ockam" used in science to eliminate ideas that are not necessary.
As he was a Franciscan, he was dedicated to a life of extreme poverty. He died because of the black pest.

Critical of the ideas of St. Thomas Aquinas, he was very polemical in his own time, as he considered the existence of God more of a probability than a certainty. Outstanding among his works is the Quodlibeta Septem, a commentary on the sentences of Pietro Lombardo. It seems that he could have died of the plague in 1347.

how is his theory?

If you are near a village and you hear something galloping, it must be horses or zebras, but the most simply thing is that the noise that you have heart is of horses. But, it could be the other option, but it is more difficult to think, to be, or to believe.

And... his life?

William Ockham joined the Franciscan Order being still very young and he was educated firstly in the Franciscan house of London and then in Oxford. He did not manage to end his studies in Oxford but during this time it is when he wrote the majority of philosophical works.

In E.S.O 2 we had an exchange with French people, and when i went there, my french friend aught me a little France: The very cementery Pére Lacharaise, the musée of Louvre, the French Castle (very big and nice, i like it very much). The food stragne, because we were not used was eat this food (but it was not bad)

my mother said that she is very expensive, she has gone several times and likes it a lot. She does not like French food, but each contry has its culture. My mother loves the culture of France, likes all the castles and monuments, she had visited most parts of France.

"Mas de Noguera"

Last week (6 october- 8 october) we went lo "El Mas de Noguera". There, we learnt lots of things about ecology and natural beauty.
We has a great time, because we are a really good group.
The first day we walked a lot, and we went to a really great time, the following day we madre activities with relationship with ecolog. The also showed us the selas plaers have to safe electricuty, and we cooked with ingredients that are cultived in el Mas.
We went to a cave very beautiful, we like irt very much. The last day we hare a bus and come had school. The last night we did a party of pyjamas, with music and we were dancing the whole night, we did a game of contests, It was win that was taking more clothes. I like this nigth.

It was heading for Gran Canaria. Spain's civil aviation chief has said that the aeroplane that crashed on Wednesday, leaving 153 people dead, must have suffered more than one kind of failure. Some witnesses had said the aircraft's left engine caught fire as the plane was taking off, although authorities never confirmed this. "The video shows that the plane caught fire only after it hit the ground," the paper said. engine failure alone would not be enough to bring the aeroplane down because modern aircraft are designed to fly on just one engine in an emergency.

Intake 'not cause' The aeroplane's takeoff from Madrid's Barajas airport had been initially delayed because of a mechanical problem with what the airline called an air intake valve near the cockpit. Experts, however, said the repaired valve could not have caused the crash - Spain's worst air disaster in 25 years. Only 19 people survived the crash of the Spanair twin-engine plane bound for the Canary Islands. Relatives of those killed in the crash continued on Friday to identify the bodies. Many bodies were burned beyond recognition and forensic teams are taking DNA samples from relatives.
Only 50 sets of remains have so far been identified.

Every time the technology is used in more places, now practically we have in all the places, that one of they are in the schools, in the education.

The people warn of the possible harmful effects of using technology in the classroom of the school. Will children lose their ability to relate to other human beings? Will they become dependent on technology to learn? Will they find inappropriate materials? The same was probably said with the invention of the printing press, radio, and television. All of this can be used inappropriately, but all of this have given humanity unbounded access to information which can be turned into knowledge. Appropriately used.. interactively and with guidance.. they have become tools for the development of higher order thinking skills.

Inappropriately used in the classroom, technology can be used to perpetuate old models of teaching and learning. Students can be "plugged into computers" to do drill and practice that is not so different from workbooks. Teachers can use multimedia technology to give more colorful, stimulating lectures.

The technology and education, is the new teachings of the future, applying the criteris of now education , the benefits of the future.

In this video is everything we have done in this camping

In the camping, so we spent very well, and I think we also ported well. one day we went to El Camino de Santiago, who had a wonderful view, other days we saw some villages as Jaca and Pamplona, also went rafting with some boats, it was raining that day, but what we spent well, and the last day , What we did was go to Caldea, Ooooooh. ^^

the third day we change our hostel, in the first, people had only foreign but in the second, there were people in our age, we were with them watching television. They seemed friendly, but not come to the attention of all. that we were all well there. We are behaving well, I liked a lot, and I would like to repeat, at first thought it was going to be worse, but was brilliant.

THIS IS ENGLAND.

The movie shows, how she was the British society of the 80s. The influence of the unemployment, the crisis of the Malvinas, the appearance of the first Skins, the ethnic minorities (hindues, Pakistani ...). It is a very realistic movie, in which these aspects are reflected very well. The action of the boy seems to me to be magisterial...

This movie shows, clearly and without artifices, which was really, and the way that later was going to take this movement. A response, a search of reaffirmation as like in many cases, often dyed of violence, but that is not but it, a reaction before the suffering and the social pressure.

PASCUAS!
In 'pascuas' what I did was to stay with my friends for new center, valencia and the canyada, to speak for great telephone, and to end all the homework that it had for doing. A bit before fallas, it was my birthday On March 25, and without I knew nothing, they organized a surprise holiday party. I love this parrrrrty! :D
Also I ate with all my family in a restaurant in the beach!
In pascuas did not do almost anything.
But staying with my friends, I spent it brilliantly, since always (L).

FALLAS '07

Fallas is the famous and typical party of Valencia. I celebrate this party.. and I have passed an exellent time! On friday 14 was the party of the school, when we put fire to our falla and we celebrate the end of the school and its week of sostenibility, like all falla of the school, he has been brilliant.. After of the party the falla of the school,Tatiana, Marina, Sofia, Andrea, Pablo, Carlos,Violeta, Leonor, Angela,Susana, Marga, Edu and me, went to have dinner at a pizza restaurant in La cañada,has called 'Ai Latini' . I like veeery much! :D
other days I was left with mif friends by valencia and new center, we went to starbucks, ruinas,guru etc..
And other day, the 'mascletá' in la Canyada, with Andrea and Adrià (firecracker in the head)
and finished, the Wednesday 19: the night of the 'cremà!' this night.. everypeople was too tired, me too, so I was in La Canyada, seeing burn the great and small fallas.
this were my fallas, I have liked because there am been with my friends. :D

-The destrucion of forest.

At present, the forests that still stay cover scarcely a fraction of the area covered by forests only hundred years behind. And the speed of destruction is increasing. Quite, up to the effects of the climatic change, they are threatening the existence of the last natural remaining forests.

When a forest is cut and new trees are sowed a plantation of few classes of trees does not give support to so many forms of life as a natural forest. These plantations will not produce a lot of wood of the highest quality. The trees in the natural forests have been growing during hundreds, and sometimes thousands, of years. The sowed trees are cut a few years after having being planted.

The human beings have been destroying the forests per centuries, but the rate of destruction has been increasing so rapidly that some forests will not last for much any more time.

The trees are cut not only by his wood and other products, but the area can be turned then for the cattle and in fields to feed a number of persons. As the cities become big, the forests are eliminated to allow the construction of housings, malls.

Nowadays only they preserve 20 % of the primary forests that were covering the terrestrial surface; nonetheless(though) there stay two third parts of the terrestrial biodiversity and are one of the major sinks of carbon of the planet.

Now we are goingo to to infantil: This is the class of Elephants, this is the class of cocodriles, and finished, this is the class of "magos". MY FAMILY.

Family on the part of my mother:

-My grandfather, he has 71 years old, and he is very nice, he lives in Canarias, Las palmas, and he comes in christmas. It gives money to us, 200 €, to my 2 cousins, to my and my to brother.
he likes to do is To walk to the dog, to watch the TV, and to listen to the radio.
I love him very much because he is the only grandfather that I have. :)

-My cousins: my cousin smallest it has 10 years old, her name is Luis, and the greater has 16 years old, and her name is Jorge.
my cousin small is hyperactive, but he is the cousin with always I play.
because my older cousin and my brother go away at other site.
my older cousin i like masia,,
my cousins they are very graceful and nices!:)

-My oncles: my uncle is called Arturo and been 52 years old and my aunt is called Carmina and been 49 years old.
They are a little controllers , always want to know what we do, but even so, they are very nice, my aunt does not cook very well, for that reason in Christmases we passed them and we eat in my house.

My oncles: I have a other oncle, her name is Rafa, and he has 42 years old, and he lives in Valencia, with my uncle, Pilar, they has a one cat, her name is Pictolin, is very, very, very big.

I have more cousins, but than ever I have seen and that they live in Italy, Rome.

-My aunt/grandmother: she have 81 years old, her name is Amparín (Amparo), she lives in Valencia, San Marcelino, it gives money me when you go to me.
it does not seem that it is 81 years old, because she is perfect.

-My cousins: my premium is 31 years old, and is called Sonia, lived in Valencia, near of my aunt , she is very nice, and when I was small, it said that it was my better premium, since i the only premium that I have.
And my Cousin have 32 years old, her name is Miguel, and lived with her fiancèe.
It he looks like of my brother, and he is the old cousin that i have.

-My oncles: my oncle live in Sot De Xera, where my grandfather created the first villa,every year we are going to see him, he have a woman and a daughter.
And my aunt have 55 years old, and her name is Charo. She lives in Valencia,

*The first day DISCOMOVIL :), we were Andrea, MªLuz, Amparo (friend of MªLuz) , violeta, Marga and me. we danced much. the one that took it was "el pulpo". very amused. Marga slepped in my house :), good day!

* The second "strenos" day they came the group. he was the best thing, was a boy, who touched the piano. one moved very well and he was very handsome. Her name is Juan (L). It returned and it took the hand to me and to me it remained watching and it began to me to sing. that prettier moment! :) . It was also Marga, and when going to us it gave 2 kisses us to MªLuz, Andrea and me:) we are those that him it shouted: LADY'S MAN! :) and in the end, we went away to sleep to house of Andrea the three. a day P.E.R.F.E.C.T.

* The third day they came the "tropical group".. .there were paellas and we wanted to do one, but was no sufficient site for to do it. We ate of the paella of the mother of Andrea. That day we were with Marga. Me I passed it brilliant. and to gurp, we did not pay attention to him.

Pignoise is a group spanish.
In July, in the Eliana ( in the parc) they acted PIGNOISE,

I s t a m b ú l . .

Day 31 I went to Istambul, this city was myself my cousins, my uncles, my mother, my brother and ME, and returned day 6 to 1:30, we were clearly in airplane (I had a little fear) he was brilliant, all we were tired , we saw EVERYTHING what there was in the city.

In the "Gran Bazar" the first days they timaron, but soon already... we began to haggle, =)

we saw: The Blue mosque (PRECIOUS), Santa Sofía (who was next to the blue mosque), the bridge of Galata, the tower of Galata, the Hipodrom, we were in boat for the Bosforus until almost the Black Sea, to Kumkapi (the district of the fishermen), to the Great Bazaar, the Bazaar of Spices, to the Lalelí University, the New Mosque (the Mosque of the Woman), the palace of Topkapi (VERY GREAT), the mosque of Sulimán Magnifico , the Cistern of Yerebatán, many things..

In the mosque that we entred we had to clear us the shoes, and the women and children we had ourselves to put a handkerchief in the head, and my cousin took a t-shirt put a handkerchief to him in shoulders so that they did not see him, and to my uncle as took the shortest trousers of the knee also, were GRACEFUL! ;)

I like more Istambul, I passed it brilliant, were very many laughter =)

On Thursday, the 8th of March the Frenchmen came at 7 p.m., We receive with an enormous placard that was putting welcome to Valencia and in Français: bienvenus à Valence, and when they came we throw a strake, and some Frenchmen were afraid.
The Following day, On Friday, we went to the school and went out to be going to the “Oceano grafic” to see to the fish, ate there and later we returned to the school, and later came to the school and went away to our houses, and in the evening we stayed with the friends of the Frenchmen, and when we finish, each one went away to his house to sleeping.
The weekend we were of eaten and you have dinner, in the mornings Andrea went with your Frenchmen at my house with his friends. On Monday we us went to seeing the exhibitions of the fallas, to vote to the fallas that more we liked, and late in the evening we went away with a few friends.

This summer I have gone: to Calpe, Orrios and to Los Corrales.

.Calpe: I have gone with Andrea to Calpe, and there us we have passed it very well, we have gone to the beach and we have raised the "Peñon De Ifach", and have seen the "Baños De La Reina" that made an impression to me and I liked much made enough heat.!

.Orrios: it is a small town of Teruel, there I have bathed in the Alfambra river and a day that we went away to very visit another town surrounding of there, which the Barracin is called also fell the hail to us jaJa.. we remained some fossils of mountains ( in snail form) jaJa..

.Los Corrales: Los Corrales are in Utiel, is a very small town. I went has to visit my cousins, because that is its town. When I was they were in the celebrations and there I spent days.

Tarragona: On first of eso we went traveling to Tarragona. First day- We went to Tarragona on bus then we took a boat and we went to "la desembocadura del ebro" after we eat a sandwich and we went to "la ciutat del repos i descans". There we put our things on our room. our room where was composted of 7 girls Sofi, Andrea, Susana, Maria, Marina , Vio and me. Then we have a party where we dance all nigth. Second day- We went to a cave after we visit a village. Third day- We went to Port Aventura, . Fourth day- Again, we went to Port Aventura. Fifth day- We went to "Tarraco" and we return on train "the Euromed" .
